At first, I imagine the vets will hog a lot of the play time in the backcourt till the rookies, but as the season goes on I imagine it will start to look a bit like this:

Backcourt

Billups: 30 minutes
Rip: 30 minutes
Tay: 30 minutes

Stuckey: 23 minutes - 18 minutes as PG, 5 as SG
Afflalo: 15 minutes - 5 as SG, 10 as SF
Murray: 8 minutes at SG - he'll start with 15 minutes as the season starts, but they will slowly get cut down till 6-8 minutes
Dupree/Meijia: 8 minutes at SF - either they will split, or one will take the minutes from the other depending who makes roster cut.

*Amir: Might steal some minutes at SF - but it seems like pistons coaches have determined the experiment at SF did not work out for him. IF he gets minutes, they will probably be minimal.

Frontcourt:
Starting Combo will either be:
PF: Maxiell C:Wallace or PF: Wallace C:Nazr

Maxiell: 20 minutes @ PF
Wallace: 26 minutes @ PF/Center- He's our best defender he'll be still in plenty
Nazr: 18 minutes @ Center- May be off bench or starting, but he's the only real legit center we have (Besides Sheed who doesn't want to be "banged around")
Amir: 12 minutes @PF - He's still going to be a rookie to NBA caliber Talent, if he progresses well he may take playing time from others
McDyess: 20 minutes @PF/Center- A steady 20 minutes for Dyess

So there you have it.
I think this is workable for the most part. I would give Murray's minutes to Afflalo/Mejia though to give those guys minutes they need to develop their game against NBA competition.
