This afternoon's two hours of downtime was unplanned.
At this time, we're not exactly certain where the problem lies, although slippy and I think it may be a
DDoS Attack. (Darko Denial of Service).
Sorry, a little bit of gallows humour there.
Back to being serious, I've asked our support technicians to complete my request for a full system audit. Once that is done, hopefully we will have a better idea what exactly is causing the server to overload.
