Jazz are picking and rolling like old days Quote:
Ben Wallace is getting ripped in the Chicago papers again, this time for his lack of leadership. He was criticized because it was veteran reserve Adrian Griffin who showed the initiative to hold a players-only meeting last week -- not Wallace.
In Wallace's defense, he is not a captain this season. Kirk Hinrich and Luol Deng are the captains.
Clearly, though, Wallace is simmering. He hates that coach Scott Skiles isn't playing him in the fourth quarter -- whether the team is ahead or behind. His comments thus far have been restrained, but terse.
The Pistons and Bulls both had an off-night in Los Angeles on Thursday, and Wallace met up with some of his former teammates. Though none of the Pistons wanted to talk on the record, it was clear that Wallace is not a happy camper.

Thursday night after the Bulls flew to LA, the same night as the Suns game? Maybe that's why the Pistons looked so sleepy throughout the Lakers games. Out partying w/ Ben Wallace the night before
