The team that just keeps getting, whether it's the holidays or not, has gotten what it wanted again -- an extra year out of newcomer Dontrelle Willis.
Agreeing to a three-year contract on Thursday for $29 million, a move that takes the 25-year-old left-hander one year past his first season of free-agent eligibility, Willis has become a mainstay of the Tigers' rotation even before his first pitch.
