Actually pretty much the opposite was true in the two Boston games so far. The Pistons took advantage of KG's foul trouble to pile on a big lead in the first quarter at the Palace, but still lost that game. And though I didn't see the first half of the game at the Garden, I remember Boston being ahead at halftime, but the Pistons came back to win.
