Amir Johnson was the big winner in the team’s spirited postpractice half-court shootout. The contest started with Rodney Stuckey , Arron Afflalo and Johnson hitting consecutive half-court bombs. Jason Maxiell , the only player to shoot a jump shot from that distance, made one. Tayshaun Prince , Antonio McDyess and Hamilton each made one. Walter Herrmann made two. Johnson was the last man standing.
