I'm down for giving his minutes to Herrmann for a little while to see how it goes. But I'm definitely not convinced that he'll do much better. I have seen enough of Hayes to know what he brings. Basically, he's the streakiest shooter on the team, who can post up with mild success on smaller defenders. He tries hard on D, but the other team sees him as the weak link and attacks him constantly.
