Looking at the last 10 or so.

65-89 --------Road-loss to Knicks - quality loss the Knicks threaten no one so
the starters stank it up, and the bench got minutes.
103-100 -----Home-win over the Raptors- quality, defensive intensity is good
when you stiffle teams to under 90 points
93-100 ------H-loss to Kings - quality loss even for at home, letting Artest go
go off may have averted a riot
81-97 -------R-loss to the Bulls - no answer, as Bulls have abused us thrice
100-102 -----R-loss to Magic - quality, Magic are division leader
101-93 ------H-win over Magic - sound win set things straight
110-104 -----R-win over Pacer - good win over a division rival
90-89 -------H-win over the Lakers - not quality, needed a 3 from Tay
just to get the win
90-67 -------H-win over the Mavs - BS victory as the Mavs returned to
us the same gutless performance we gave them 30 days ago |
Im just kind of wondering what your criteria is for quality vs non quality wins and losses.I was at the Lakers game and thought it was a great win...yeah it went down to the wire but thats what made it a quality win. Did you say this win was not quality because we had a big lead at the half? Kobe got hot like he always does and that was that. he made it a game...which as a fan at the game...it was awsome. Also how is the Mavs win a BS win? I look at every win as a win. yeah during the season there are going to be wins that maybe we shouldnt have gotten but who cares its a win...better playoff positioning. The Mavs game I didnt see but it looked like a great win against a west coast playoff team. im just trying to understand where you are coming from. good post though.
