Disagreed. Last year he had no material for adjustment. Even starters failed, from where do you hope that less capable benchplayer could have been sucessful? Coaching depends on the material at hand too. Maybe you have seen that some teams prior to season promised to run and gun but have largely failed: Memphis and Toronto, cuz they have no personnel for this.
