LEAD: Mike Abdenour, trainer for the Detroit Pistons, apologized to authorities in Auburn Hills, Mich., yesterday after pleading no contest in District Court to a misdemeanor charge stemming from a false emergency report. Abdenour conceded having a call placed March 6 to the city's 911 emergency number to report that a Detroit player had collapsed during practice.
