I don't know if I agree with that. I think Ben's last year here was bad in large part to Flip's inability to maintain what LB had built in keeping Ben involved in the offensive flow. He essentially used
the Cola method of "You got stand over there while we play." Flip has no idea what to do with any player that's not a scorer and it showed then and shows now.
I'm not saying that just to beat the LB drum again, but I just think it shows Flip for what he is: A better than avg head coach that doesn't have the coaching skills to win it all. Coaches like Flip are only contenders when they have the absolute best talent in the league on their roster. They don't get any more than what's expected from their players.
