The part I don't get is why the team doesn't seem to run any of the plays for Rip that they used to - coming off multiple screens for a 10-15 footer. That was his strength, and one of the places they could always go to get a decent shot when they needed it. But, it seems to have fallen out of the playbook.

I think that coming off screens has not abandoned for rip: just they have figured out that it is easier to get points from cuts and penetrations. Against of philly it works, against of orlando - highly likely, against of boston - no way.
