It is true that Tay is asked to guard other teams best wing player. On offense he is asked to be a spot up shooter for the most part. He used to be able to go in the post some, but that was under a different coach. He has been useless on O the last 3 ECF.

He can't dribble. He can't make a post entry pass. Posey stole the ball from him because when the rest of the team was running up court he did what he does best. He held the ball for no reason.

Ron Ron is another ball movement killer. He is a long way from the MVP consideration player he was. If I were looking at a SF for SF swap, I would start with Caron Butler. That would take more than Tay to get him though.
