That's cool. A lot of folks are thinking that we are going to be able to trade for a superstar and that's...hopeful. We are NOT in the better position on this one. We are a winning PROGRAM. CB and TP were not considered All Stars before going through this Detroit Piston Program. Our PROGRAM made these guys and I'd like to think it could make the next.

Barnes IMO is the type of SF we have been missing. He's athletic and willing to take it to the rim. He's eager to start after being denied that in GS. And how many times had he smoked the Pistons last year?

Atkins and Camby may not be the best, but they give us some things we need.

Camby is a DEFENSIVE CENTER with a makable shot when in the paint. He has two years left and will REBOUND the ball. This is needed.

Atkins IS a back up PG. And with Stuckey starting he'd possibly thinks there is a shot at becoming the starter, if he plays hard enough. He also knows our SYSTEM and would be another voice for Coach Curry. He is also a two year contract. Is he a defensive liability? Sure, but isn't Anthony? Isn't AI?. Isn't T-Mac?

A lot of us seem to be thinking points. I'm just thinking about our SYSTEM. Defense is our priority followed by players WILLING to play hard at all times. Our needs seem to be score in the paint, the ability to create off the dribble, defend their penetration and penetrate ourselves.

Now, if we could sign and trade Dice for Barnes and keep Prince, even better.

Start: RS, RH, TP, RW and MC
Bench: CA, AA, MB, JM and Ratliff (resign)
Extra: Draft Pick, Walter, Johnson and Samb
