Can we say cheap cheap cheap!!!! I rather have Maggette than Posey. I think Maggette puts up better numbers and rebounds better. Also he is from the Midwest so he might not mind coming here. I say give him the full MLE and give him an opportunity to compete to be your starting SF. Let the competition begin. The best player is the starter.
