The competition at SF is so deep in the East, Prince will have to go out and have a monster year to make the All Star game. He will have to beat out the likes of Jefferson, Artest and Grant Hill. As much as I like Prince and as much as I believe he'll have his best season this year, I just don't think he'll put up good enough stats to beat those guys out for a spot on the squad.

You have to consider that those three guys are all either the number one, or number two, option on their respective teams, while Prince is only 3rd or 4th option here. He simply won't get enough opportunities here to put up the big numbers that those players will. Not with Rip being option 1, Billups 2 and either Sheed or Prince as the 3rd option.

Now of course Flip could switch that around and have Prince as the 2nd option, but I just don't see that happening with how well Billups can score.

We'll have to wait and see, but I just don't see Prince making any All Star games, anytime in the near future, as long as those cats play in the Eastern Conference.

Now if Prince could just play with the aggressiveness that LB, as well as everyone else for that matter, kept begging for, the last few years, then he may make a case for himself. But, even then I just don't think he'll get enough shots.
