I think Johnson will be in the NBDL this season. Acker will be given a chance to make the club, but having Johnson, who is straight out of high school riding the bench all season will do nothing for his development.

Although I'm sure he would get some benefit from practicing with guys like Wallace x2, Dice and Davis, I think that he would be better served playing big minutes in the NBDL.

Maxiel would be better suited, in my opinion, to learn from the bigs this year. With Darko still inexperienced, I just think thats too many bigs to develop in one year. Similar to down sizing the classrooms to provide more individual attention for the students.
