Would like to hear from the forum guru's on Amir's tendency to pick up fouls at record pace. He tends to foul at a greater pace than his peers with the same experience and who plays at PF position.

Is it because of:

1. Youth
2. Inexperience
3. Haven't earned respect for the refs
4. Lack of confidence
5. Poor Spacing
6. Poor Anticipation
7. Other
8. All of the above
