Scoring is based on the number of categories won in total over the course of a week, right? My player’s stats are summed over all the games they played (in which I had them “active”) in that week.

I’m guessing having lots of players from the same team doesn’t help you very much, especially when they have a light week and don’t play many games – since seven of the ten categories are volume based.

Just getting your players who are playing any particular night active seems like a real key to being competitive.
I honestly can't remember how many players we had on each roster. I want to say fifteen (15) for some reason.

Right. You don't want too many players on one team. I'd try to keep it to two maximum, and not have too many teams where you have more than one player, although I've had three on the same team and it didn't seem to hurt at all.

One thing that some people say to watch when you draft is the fantasy playoff schedule for that player. In essence, how many games does he play during the final 3 weeks of the regular season (our playoff season). Well, lemme tell you this. I almost hurt myself making a couple of late season trades based on this. The reason is because during the last ten days to two weeks even if a players team has a lot of games scheduled he may not play in any of them because if his team in real life has clinched a playoff spot, the coach may choose to rest him.

Yes, the numbers are added up and the totals at the end of the week are what counts. The week goes Monday through Sunday. Be aware: some weeks (like the all star break) are only 3 or 4 days long.

Hope that helps.
