Okay, just got a response from NBA.com support.
It looks like trading draft picks can only be done pre-draft, do not require league approval and can only be handled by the commish. I think we'll pass this time around fellas. The overhead of managing 14 picks for 12 different teams seems a bit ambitous this year.
One thing I must comment on is that the NBA.com fantasy b-ball customer support is excellent. They normally give me answers within the half hour and they have done a great job at answering questions to my satisfaction. (Which is not very easy.
