To put it mildly... YES!!!

None of the spin will cover up the fact that we have a weak coach. The fans know it, the coaching staff knows it, the players know it, and Joe knows it as well.

Unfortunately, they may be stuck with him unless a big name coach is fired, or somehow becomes available. I just can't see Porter taking over this team.
