Philly comes to town struggling to find consistency with newly acquired Elton Brand. Picked as a possible top 4 seed in the EC (during the preseason) the 76ers are looking to find that hunger they developed at the conclusion of last season.

Brand with a hamstring problem in the Fakers game.

Ok we can 't let his replacement to go off. You know how our defense tend to allow scrubs to turn in all star performances.

Yep, especially the ones who nearly pulled off the upset in the playoffs last year. Can the Pistons make Reggie Evans an all-star?

He was to be evaluated Thursday but was listed as questionable for the game at The Palace Friday.
"They have been adapting to change, just like we have," coach Michael Curry said. "At times they've played similar to last season when they really got up and down the court, press and attack with a smaller lineup.
"But they are adapting to having a big time low post threat in Elton Brand. That just takes time. But he definitely adds to the talent base of the team."
If Brand doesn't play, Curry expects to see the small-ball, run-and-gun 76ers that gave the Pistons fits in the first round of the playoffs last season.

Rasheed Wallace was proudly wearing his powder blue North Carolina Tar Heels Nike sneakers at practice, honoring his team's rout over Michigan State Wednesday. He had a little something for former Spartan Greg Kelser to hear at practice, as well. "I don't know why they had to come all the way up here for practice," Wallace said, with Kelser sitting nearby. "They could have just stayed in Chapel Hill to practice."

When we played Clippers, Max was great at defending Brand; really took him out of the game. That one game he started, he was fantastic. I don't remember how much he put up offensively against him, but i remember him being a beast to the point where Dunleavy said something to the effect of he'd rather not have whatever starter we had out b/c Max was the best player ever! LOL

Brand's been playing well, and being double teamed very often down low.

The only problem is that everyone else besides T. Young is playing awful. Andre Miller is jacking up tons of shots (where he was playing much more efficient last year), and Iguodala still can't shoot wide open J's.
