I always read about Players improving their D (RIP) or at leat remaining last season's level (the other 4) but we still give up way more points than last season?
As I said, our zone is wide open for quick guards to drive and for strong forwards to post.

our defense and rebounding has improved a whole lot since the san antonio game. the points per game by opponents is still only 90.5, and would likely be in the 88-89 range if the pistons took more time on plays like last year. delfino's defense has surprised me a lot. i knew rip's was getting a whole lot better. our starting 5 is now an all defensive team, and have good offense too now.

I don't complain about the D, it's still the 3rd best in the league. But I'm worried if the quick players could penetrate the hell out of this team come playoff time.
Especially Wade or Parker could kill us with their quickness- there certainly is still room to improve the "no fly" zone.

i hope lindsey still has his great defense. rip seems to do very good guarding the quick penetrating guards, and chauncey should muscle it out with the bigger guards.
