Here's what I see.

1. Coaching a definite negative here.
2. No player leadership.
3. Declining (aging) players finishing careers.
4. No true PG
5. No defensive focus.
6. No scoring spark.
7. Inconsistent performances.

This season we will still be down, but I'm hopeful to see improvements.

You nailed it. Plus, I might add the changing of ownership (could be a big plus); the inability (so far) for JD to conceptualize a direction for the club and then to go after the right pieces.

If Chicago wins 58 games, I'll change my avatar to LeBrown Jaymz for a year.

sry, but this is übercrap. The pool of NBA level talance is not so deep anyway and no GM can determine how lottery balls bounce or you simply can't "JoeD we need an allstar bigmen, do it Joe"

Your "organization theories" work for normal market where supply and demand determine everything but in NBA demand is hundred times bigger than supply - this explains those overpaid FA contracts very well.

I'm extremely amazed that you have not get that simple thing. By your logic most of NBA GMs suck and deeply.

"Go after right pieces"- this is not a slave market. Oh well.

I have one critic though. I was angry when I saw Messi walking out of the field after the game finished. They need to carry the guy out when the game finish. Carry him home, carry him when he wants to go to the bathroom, carry him all the time between the games. He is only allowed to use his feet for football. Wasting the muscles touring around the city is something we do, normal people. Not him.

Ramzi, one of many, many FCBarcelona fans
