It'll cost a lot more if the Nike legal department gets hold of you.

The thing about those commercials that get me is; "we are all witnesses"

TO WHAT? I dont think that`s by chance that they leave that open. I am not sure they know what they are witnessing, or even how long they may be witnessing it!!!!!!!!

^^^Standard advertising procedure. Not only sounds mysterious and cool, but doesn't pin you down to facts or unexpected developments that could screw up the campaign.

As Voltaire once wrote, "The easiest way to become boring is to explain everything."

That damn Voltaire. Always cutting through the meat and straight to the bone.

That's an apt quote LanierFan, particularly since Voltaire was anti-dogma, and this marketing campaign clearly plays on a religious theme.

I'd like to also say that Aldridge (Allan?) from NBATV is absolutely loathesome when he keeps referring to LBJ as "The King". Can a 21 year old truly be the King of the NBA? MVP voters didn't seem to think so.

Be sure and explain that to any vendor big enough to make the shirts in quantity.

These pictures are great. Don't you just love how at every commercial break during the Det-Cle games they play the witness commercial. Not only is it getting old its embarassing for Cleveland/Lebron James fans.
