It woke us up. If we cruised through the Cavs the heat could come in to the Palce and I'd be much more worried of them stealing a game. The fatigue factor is a bunch of BS. Pistons have played a total of 12 games and the Heat 11. So what? We are not rusty so that should count for something.

The Pistons needed to be challenged and the Heat/Shaq needed rest. It worked out for both teams and they should be playing their best because of it.

It may be a battle, but the Pistons are warmed up and running, the Heat have been cooling their heels down south and have to travel and stay 3 or 4 days. Cavs probably gave them hope that they (Heat) had a home series, and now it's the grinders they have to meet instead.
