Well now the challenge is to win ONE game on their home court. We outta be able to do that against any team we need to get past in order to get by.

I gotta say that I have some new found respect for this Miami team. Not so much Shaq cause he's a load anyhow. But D-Wade looks capable of flat out carrying this team. This cat has hit some incredible shots! Haslem is more than holding his own, and Zo is playing like ZO in spurts. Plus they are well coached and hungry.

Yep......worthey opponents indeed!

GO PISTONS!

Evans comment on team cohesion is interesting. Also there is an article on hoopshype from a NY rag that says Flip's job is safe and that management recognizes the need for roster changes. Take it for whatever it's worth.

Re: Pistons stand on the threshold of Infamy..

Great stuff last night. The Pistons ripped off the Heats head and beat them bloody with it. Really satisfying stuff.

The Big Ben splash-back on the Shaqman made my head spin around like that kid in the Excorcist. Smoke was pouring out of my ears. That was the best smackdown of the bigman of his entire career. That was the equivalent of the Tay swat on Reggie a couple years back. Classic Piston b-ball.

Speaking of Tay - who's da man? He was the hitman reborn on the hardwoods. Cool - calm and collected.

Friday can only get better as all those white shirt wearin wannabe NBA Champion fans are put on notice - The fat singing lady is riding on their bus..

Go Pistons..

Nice article. I especially liked the part about Flip sitting down for interviews, the getting up and leaving before anyone had a chance to ask a question.
