half-season ticket holder here. that means 20-21 of the 41 home games, plus all playoff games.

Wow, those are some surprising poll results. Two thirds of all voters have never been to a Pistons game. I'm sure geography has something to do with that, but thats still a surprising percentage.

Re: How often are you at the Palace?

I go to the Palace 2 or 3 times a year. I live in Kansas so I don't get to the Palace much.
However, I do go to 2 Piston road games a month.

Re: How often are you at the Palace?

Being born and raised in country where the most common sports are both football(soccer) and badminton, I happened to start watching NBA basketball in the late 80's. Coincidentally that's also when I started to learn to play. It's natural that I support the PISTONS as I was studying at Kalamazoo, Michigan where PISTONS games are mostly televised 'live'.

Been to a few games at the Palace (still have the ticket butts with me as a souvenier). Was at the game vs Atlanta (Dominique) in Nov 27, 1991, Hornets (L.J) in Nov 25, 1992, Wolves in Jan 29, 1993, Jazz (Stockton to Malone) in Mar, 1993. I remembered I was at a playoff game in 1994 vs the Knicks (lost the ticket butt, DAMN!).

Best memory at the Palace was that right after a game, I rushed all the way down to the stands leading into the lockers and managed to shook Joe D's hand after his radio interview. That was my highlight at the Palace.

There was no option for not recently or regularly.

I've been to over 20 games in the last 18 years, but none in the last 16. Hard for me/micro to vote...

Its odd that you bring that up. The Palace is one of the best. Countless travelers have pointed out how much better we are hosting games than others.

Bathrooms are my main detractor. I don't even mind the traffic because comparing it to a Lions or Wings game its pretty much smooth sailing. I do have a problem with the sanitary conditions of the Palace restrooms. I am not a neat freak just have issues walking through other guys urine. No excuse for it. Build more restrooms or make them larger so you can section them off throughout the games to clean them. Don't have to be spotless just need a good once over 2-3 times thoughout the game.

Hey, its hurting beer sales. Thats why I do not drink at games, I am trying to limit my trips through the raw sewerage.

Lol Max.

Too bad you can't afford the good seats. I heard rumors they are running a gondola service through the restrooms for those folks.

Hell, bring your fishing gear next time. You never know what you'll catch in there.

I think the good ones are for the suites people and those courtside. The rest of us pheasants have to deal with the sewerage problems. Like I wrote I really believe they are losing more on beverage sales than the extra cost to implement better waste management.
