We came within 2 games of a third consecutive finals visit...our window of opportunity is still wide open.

The only possible BIG change I can see is Ben leaving...I hope not.
He averaged more than 40 mpg after Carlos left. We need another backup for him besides Lindsey and everyone else needs a backup. We need to develop a bench for once.

I'm expecting some big changes, and nobody's really untouchable. Tayshaun probably is safe, but only because he's a BYC player and the Pistons wouldn't get equal value.

I agree that the Orlando pick remains uncertain.
I agree Tay is probably untouchable, but so is Rip. Those two have rare qualities with reasonable contracts. They're still young too.

Rip still has tons of upside. He's just approaching his prime.

Sounds like Stern is ready to come down on all of the complaining... can't imagine Sheed having to stiffle... could have a aneurysm.

Someone (maybe not here) was calling to replace Rip for a go to guy that can shoot and drive. Hell, wasn't that stackhouse? IMHO, Rip is our best asset. A guy that can be a threat without the ball. He's got solid defense. This guy could compliment just about anybody. He would be tough to replace.

Whos going to be the guy who comes in improved in a part of the game? This year Rip came in and improved his 3 point shot by a lot. I hope Ben gets a shooting touch somehow.
