A coach who spins 48 minute stats

You always lost, everytime you had the best
You're still no good, haven't passed a single test
Everytime they knew they had you caught
You were slower than they thought
You'd open your mouth and talk

You always said, the flex would never do you wrong
The trick you said was never play the bench too long
A zone defense, the only risk that you would take
The only loss you could forsake
The only bluff you couldn't fake

And you're still the same
I caught up with you yesterday
Moving game to game
No Ben standing in your way
Turning on the charm
Long enough to get you by
You're still the same
You still sound high

There you stood, everybody watched them play
I just turned and walked away
I had nothing left to say

cause you're still the same
You're still the same
Moving game to game
Some things never change
You're still the same

Adapted from Bob Seger's "Still the Same"

Shoot roscoe, give me the chords and I'll play it on my ukulele. We can tour the discgruntled pistons fan circuit. Linwood will play lead guitar.

I knew when Flip pulled out the 48 min stat line...we were finished. Or, we were being coached by Lee

Would you agree that FlipS needs to get pass the ECFs or it's 2 and out?

I think getting to the ECF's at a minimum. But it will depend on how we play that will be the deciding factor. I don't think its realistic to expect your team to get to the finals every single season.

But if we see another poor coaching performance, little to no adjustments, and another playoff collapse, I can't see Joe D. NOT pulling the trigger.

It may not matter even what Flip does. Joe's developing a pattern of 2 and out with his coaches.

Coaches might start thinking twice before coming to 2 and NoMotown.
