you should of seen what stein wrote in his power rankings. he had the raps at 30 and his comment was that he'd put them up to second in the euro-league. (If you didn't know the raptors lost to a euro team this preseason).

Slow Start

Everyone was expecting a slow start by the Pistons with the coaching change. That has not happened. I find it interesting how LB teams always seem to have slow starts so losing him we were supposed to start slower?

Sheed is not out of control, players are not running amuck in the offense, team has not forgotten how to play defense, and lastly the team is not having motivation problems under Flip.

A winable opening schedule didn't hurt either, but wins are wins none the less. We can only beat the teams we're scheduled against. Other than the close call in Boston, we've blown out the teams we're expected to beat. That wasn't always the case in recent years.

This early West cost trip should be a good test for us. Off to a nice start so far.
