Interesting bit about Sheed - that he probably shouldn't have played in the Cleveland and Miami series last year after spraining the ankle. And that it was bad enough to keep him from working out all summer and was still hurting coming into camp.

After listening to Flip talking about Delfino I come to the conclusion that he wouldn't play Tayshaun if he hadn't already established himself under LB. He reads facial expressions and body language as effort.
