If we can add a talent like C-Webb for essentially nothing; acquiring him is a no brainer.

David Aldridge (on TNT) just said that Webber coming to Detroit is 97 or 98 percent certain. Also mentioned Bonzi Wells, except the rumored players involved are Nazr (would have to take Sura back too) or DD.

Hopefully it'll be Flip, Nazr and DD or Dyess for B. Sura, Bonzi & a first round pick...

I like Sura...I was sorry to see him go. He's got good career numbers, but his back is a bummer. If he gets thrown in with Bonzi...that's a big plus, if he can get healthy. How about a little Kander magic?

Since it looks like Webber is coming to detroit. Bonzi might be coming. What should the line-up look like?? DO we lose Nazr and move Sheed in the 5 spot while c webb and Mcdyess vie for 4?? Do we ship Delfino and Super Dupe out?? Why didn't we pick up Jalen Rose?? What happens to AMir??

i believe sura's career is effectively over and he'd be tossed in for salary purposes. the radio reported that a close friend of webber's said he didn't want to play in his hometown because of the pressure and expectations, but who knows how accurate any of this information is.

CWebb doing an interview right now on TNT ...said that David Aldridge's report was not accurate (still looking at all his options)....

Mentioned that he can play the F or C position and he hopes teams would look at him to play center...

Chris denies it that he is coming to Detroit on TNT live at the half, saying that he would like to play with a winner and some good players Lakers, Heat, Magic are options...

He justs wants to play on a good team and starting is not an issue, but would like to do it iff possible and play center.. Just want to be a team player have fun and win.

If that's true, that fits with his 'history' of clutch performance. The guy has all the money he needs...is he really that petrified to play with 'expectations'? Hopefully he can step up to the plate and make his bogus timeout a side-note in his biography.
