That's correct. We would have to cut someone. I'm guessing it would be Blalock, Dupree or Murray.

no need for Bonzi- we have Delfino who plays in a similar way and who hustles more. He also plays the same positions.
This team should better look for a PG than for a SG/SF.

Maybe they got lucky and had a "wee" *cough cough* bit of help from the zebras and league office, but didn't a similar move work out for Miami? It's just a short term fix.

What do we have to lose this year? Both Flips, perhaps? This is a good thing, IMO. Even if we "lose"...we "win".

WTF are you babbling about?? I never see you post so much as when you are avoiding something....and I'm not talking last weeks loss to warthog!
Get back to it! Fry boy! Otherwise you will be demoted to gyro slicing <---"I used to have soooo much time on PF.com but now I have to slice gyros and shawarma all day."

LOL. I got your drift. I'm only coming on for my breaks and I'm pretty much done for the day anyhow. It clears my mind to come in here and shoot the breeze.

And PU...there is quite a breeze drifting from that loaf you are cutting up.

But to mix business with pleasure...didn't the statute of limitations run out for the time we can bring up my loss to warthog?

I've already blamed Lebron for the whole thing and sent him packing to Linwoods team. That's like banishing him to a life of body traction.
I picked up some chick I never heard of named "Marion" or something to take his place. Next time will be a different story.

Re: Bonzi Wells & Chris Webber coming to Detroit?

we should get both of them, then sign latrell sprewell and trade for antoine walker or ricky davis. then we could have our 'all @$$hole team' on the floor:

1 - bonzi, 2 - sprewell, 3 - walker / davis, 4 - sheed, 5 - cwebb

Re: Bonzi Wells & Chris Webber coming to Detroit?

Maybe we could sign Mike Tyson up and just use him as the enforcer.

Just having him on the bench would probably be enough to keep other team's from playing too physical.

I wonder how Stern would stop that if we tried to do it.

He'd send the Pistons to DLeague. At least we wouldn't have to worry about championships and if the team's good enough. If JOED manages to keep the core intact and add some talent, even Flip could have a serious chance to get the DLeague Ship.
And the 2008 DLeague Champions... your Deeeeeeeeeeeetroit Pistons!!!

LMAO! I've been wondering for weeks what that smilie represented! btw...that slow-roasted lamb is one of my favs.

Wells & Webber aren't all that & a bag-o-chips, but I'd rather have one of them instead of Murray. I mean...it's not like Flip completes Joe's chemistry set anyway...not to mention...HE SUXXXS!

Anyone know how Sheed & Bonzi got along in Portland?
