yeah, that is the big question because this would suggest that Wade is not to thrilled about the new additions.

I just read in Dime Magazine an interview with Jermaine O'Neal and the impression I got is that he has the Pistons on his mind.

I'm scared of Indy this year. Rasheed will have to be huge against JO if we are going to beat them in my opinion.

The part about Bruno Sundov cracked me up. As fans we don't even know the guy's alive, but if you're a player that's the kind of guy you probably think about when you see the schedule.

Totally agree here.We need to come out and play hard every night and when these guys show up we need to send a message that this isn't their year.Only time will tell hopefully they took Harper's comments to heart because coasting around and turning it on and off isn't a great team.Killer instinct every night no less beat the good teams soundly and stomp a mudhole in the so so teams arses.

With Indy losing Dale they have a hole at center, Jamaal Tinsley could hurt us a lot, but I see Chauncey stepping up and abusing him. Sar Jar won't hit that 3 as well with either Tay, or Rip (he's getting so much better at defense)gaurding him like he did in europe and he won't be able to get calls from the refs down the stretch like Reggie would. Ron won't deal with the Tay of 04, but the much improved Tay, and i see Sheed having a breakout season, and having a great match-up with JO. Plus I think our bench might be better than there bench too now, too early to see though.

Great work. Now for the sake of objectivity, turn it around and list why each Pacer position will beat us. Trust me, you'll learn something from it.

No doubt Big Daddy, the dude can't keep Detroit or it's players out his mouth or off his mind for the life of him. So obviously salty and envious of our superior stature that it's likely driving him nuts! Rasheed definitely has that kids card every time we see that bunch!

Yes we have to do that I guess. If we don't play our defense well we'll see Jamal Tinsley breaking down our defense like he did in some games in the east-semis last year. If Sar Jar does well he'll be hitting a lot of 3's on us. Ron Artest will be able to score on Tay ir Rip and defend both pretty good. JO is as good as Sheed, but he's much younger so we'll see him do some damage. Whos there center Scott Pollard I don't know what he'll do to us.

Yes if you flip things around it loks bad for us, but I've got some solutions: If the Wallaces play there best defense JO will not do that good. We saw them clamp down on Tim Duncan and get in his head. Tay will be able to stop Sar Jar he just needs to do it,a nd we saw that Rip could gaurd Wade maybe he can gaurd another fast guy in Tinsley?

Guys you dont win basketball games by listing each positional matchup individually and deciding who is better. In highschool I used to win big $$$$ when Duke played the FabFive. Position by position the Wolverines had them, but Duke put 5 players on the floor that executed a system to a win everytime. That is why Joe pretty much left the team in tact this season. You win this game by having the best players to execute YOUR system, and we have that, now all we need to do is execute it. This is why they say the game is 90% mental.

They got Jeff Foster and for some odd reason he was killing us last year in the playoffs. Grabbing rebounds left and right over Ben and scoring on second chance opportunities.
