Oh, my bad. I thought you were concluding that LeBron James is the second coming of Michael Jordan and any attempts to slow him down would be futile. Upon re-reading it, I see that you really didn't provide any commentary.

i wanted to add last years splits but I couldn't find them in the 20 seconds I looked. I think this year and last year would be relevant since it would reflect our system and roster.

if you can average the past 2 years worth of splits vs. detroit, that would be interesting.

LBJ- last 2 years against the Pistons (6 game average):

20.7 shot attempts per game

So, they are both relatively inefficient against us with poor shooting percentages and a high # of shots taken. Neither one of them is really burning us with a high assist # (especially for how often they have the ball in their hands).

I'd say we are doing a pretty good job against them overall.

I have to point out one of the most surprising box scores of the year.

Chicago vs. Boston today-
Ben Wallace + Tyrus Thomas

42 points (on 18-35 FG)
25 rebounds
5 assists
1 steal
4 blocks

And Ben has 0 turnovers and 1 PF in a win.

Skiles allowed Thomas and BEN WALLACE to shoot the ball 35 times!!! Incredible. I wish I would have watched it.
