Pistons March record???

The Pistons were 10-1 in February.

Now comes the real test before the playoffs, March. The Pistons play 17 games in March. Five back to backs, a five game west coast trip, and seven of their first nine games are on the road.

How do you think they will do in March?

15-2. Today, the best things about the game were what is being or has been added. Webber. JMAX. Hear this, Amir is as good as JMAX. Blalock has a lot to give. Its a long month with a lot of games. Around 4000 minutes to divvy up. Give some of them toward building this team. I liked today. I want more. Note, I had to add something after the 15-2 to make this post long enough or I would have stopped at 15-2.

Oh, at Phoenix and at Chicago are the two games we will lose.

Re: Pistons March record???

The West Coast trip is going to be a killer but the Pistons seem to play as well on the road as they do at home. I'm going to try and make the Phoenix game on March 16th so hopefully they'll win that one since they already lost to Phoenix in Detroit. Time for Flipper to get serious and play the bench alot so the starters aren't fatigued and worn out by the time the playoffs start. Beware the Ides of March right?

Personally I don't really care too much about the March record, though I can understand where others do, or the April record up until Apr 18th (though I can understand where others do).

My main concern over the next 7 weeks + is that they don't have any major injuries to the top 9 guys.

If they are all healthy the record after April 18th will take care of itself.

This is was Peyton's year to silence the critics and I believe that this could be Flipper's year to silence the critics.

Go Pistons, may you stay injury free!!

Re: Pistons March record???

The March schedule looks pretty grueling. If the Pistons win 11 or 12 out of the 17 games, they are doing pretty good.

Pistons go west, and word is that it's hard out here for a pimp.

11-6

No doubt. One more 11-6 vote and it will be perfectly symmetric. Where is Buckeyes when you need him?

Re: Pistons March record???

Wow, that is a tough schedule. I'd be very happy with 11-6 for March.
