What's shakin', Merc? Doing the traveling thing myself, and spending a lot of time in Seattle.

Thabeet is painfully raw, but you gotta love the size and shotblocking. I think that he'd really compliment Amir and Maxxy. He could have a Lauderdale-type career. That's possible. But Lauderdale never moved like this kid.

It would be tough to pass on Acie Law though. A couple years behind Chauncey and he could be something.

BTW, I would put Amir as the #4 prospect in this draft class. That kid was a hell of a mulligan.

Amir and Thabeet could use a Cheerio as a hoola hoop -- at the same time. I'll have to tap my source here at UConn (an assistant coach) to see if Thabeet is really considering this.

Also you get this kid, it forces the hand of Flip to play Amir at the 3 due to the log jam at legitmate 4/5 guys.

Nice call, that's where I had Amir also (prior post)... I was thinking that Amir would eat up Noah.

Noah vs. Amir is an intriguing debate. Noah is probably a little better shotblocker and rebounder. I would give Amir the edge in athleticism, ballhanding, and scoring. Amir's upside gives him the edge as a NBA prospect.

Noah is overrated big time. Horford will be twice the NBA player that Noah will. Noah gets a lot of favorable press because of his father.
