PLAYOFF ROSTER SIZE IS 15 - Amir is on playoff roster!

On almost every thread, people are posting and wondering if Amir will make the playoff roster. The playoff roster size is 15. This rule was changed after last season. Amir will be on the playoff roster. How much he dresses and how much he plays remains to be seen.

This is from August, 2006:
Quote:
Increase in Playoff Roster Size:

Playoff roster size will be expanded from 13 to 15 players, with each team designating 12 active players and up to three inactive players prior to each game.

“Our owners are intent on making the playoff seeding more fair for all teams going forward and in quickening the pace of the end of games,” said Stu Jackson, NBA Executive Vice President, Basketball Operations. “The Board also thought it made sense to allow teams to utilize the same 15-man roster in the playoffs that they use during the regular season.”

The rules changes were recommended by the Rules and Competition Committee at its annual meeting in June, and approved this week by a vote of the Board of Governors.

Seroiusly, what does the term "sticky" mean. I've heard it before, but how does it affect the thread?

It sticks to the top of the forum so it doesn't get bumped down by new threads.

ie. IT'S IMPORTANT AND EVERYONE SHOULD SEE IT!!

It means that in the particular sub-forum where the thread is located (Pistons General Discussion, in this case), the thread stays at the top of the forum as long as it's "sticky," unlike all the other threads that are pushed down every time something else is updated. A "sticky" thread can't be pushed down by the other threads.

Did Flip tell Delfino he's not on the roster directly, or did he take out a full-page ad in a Buenos Aires daily?
