| Since the award was first given for the 1985-86 season, no Pistons player has every won it. Will this be the first year? At this time before the season has actually started, from what I saw of his game toward the end of last year and in the SL this summer, I would consider JMax a strong candidate to win the award this coming year. Help!!! What other candidates do we have out there? NBA Most Improved Player Award - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ![]() |

| Re: Does JMax Have A Chance To Win The "Most Improved Player Award" This Coming Year? I'd say no. I don't expect him to do much more than he already did. He's a decent bench asset if the matchup is in his favor, that's it. Don't get me wrong, I love this guy. But he won't have a more glorious career than Corliss Williamson, and that would be enough! If given enough minutes, AJ could win the MIP much more likely! |
