i think it will be a valuable role. we get caught up looking at what more we can get but maybe the organization is looking at how to best integrate what we got.

Because even at 45 years of age, he's the best on-ball defender this team has.

using Lindsey as a on-ball pest and spot up shooter/scorer would have been ideal. You could have had delfino with the ball more. Its just a personal opinion but it would have helped out tremendously. You loosen up Deflino and take advantage of the multiple talents you drafted him for. You take lindseys strengths and minimize his weaknesses. The scouting report has been the same his whole career.

Let him work with Stuckey and Afflalo, and possibly Mejia to get their D improved. I am not sure how much playing time he's going to get, but with the influx of young guards his help is going to be valuable. Between him and Curry hopefully they can make defense Pistons' strong suit once again.
