Worst sports day in Michigan's history?

Has there ever been a worse sport's day of result's in the state of Michigan's history for it's major sport's teams?First we have U of M and MSU losing in college football.MSU losing in basketball, the Red Wing's losing in hockey and to top it off the Piston's losing.Worst of all is that most of the losses came in enbarassing fashion. Can anyone remember a worse day?I can't.

Nice way to celebrate the brawl's one year anniversary. What's with November 19th?

Sure, lots of Michigan teams lost, but none of the games were meaningful. Therefore, it is a huge stretch to say it was the "worst sport's day in Michigan's history". I agree it was painful, though.

It does seem weird. Must have something to do with the tropical climate. I hope they figure it out before the tourney starts.

I also heard the fans there were booing MSU's cramping players as they left the floor in pain. Talk about a tough crowd...

Right on.

And MSU was trying to spoil Penn State's run for the Bg Ten Championship.

Pistons ended their winning streak just before they broke a franchise record...

I was glued to the idiot box all day long. I'd like to think it was for a meaningful reason.
