Should we stash him if nothing else? He'd play here for the least amount of $.

That stat really means nothing.

You could have easily added Malone, Stockton, Miller, Barkley and Bob Lanier to that list at one time.

Also based on that criteria, you could make the arguement that Darko is more likely to help a team to the championship now than the people I mentioned when they had an opportunity. We know that is false. I believe that Webber still has alot to offer to the game of basketball.

Mahorn said that Rip commented on CWebb changing the chemistry somewhat on the team. I don't know what he meant, but evidently it was enough to matter.

Rumor has it that he was a negative disruption in the locker room.

Sounds like Webber and the Lakers are very close to a deal.

Good for them. We'll see what happens when Bynum comes back and Web's minutes are slashed.

Re: Webber coming back soon, but to what team?

Last year I noticed, that even in those slow-paced pistons games CWebb had problems with speed, Pistons had to wait after him...

If he does sign with them he can help them a bit.

Without Bynum they are a 7th or 8th seed in the WC. With him they could play in the Finals.
