| Re: Webber coming back soon, but to what team? Added Sacramento Kings co-owner Joe Maloof... "We had a lot of fun together. He was the face of our franchise for many years and we almost got it done. Almost. We were so close so many times. But after that [knee] injury, that's when the gradual decline of that particular group we put together all started. We never really recovered. We have some disappointing memories, but we have some really happy memories. Chris had a great career. I can't say enough good about him." Geez, the guy is retiring. Couldn't you say something nice without qualifying it? What an ungracious guy.

| Re: Webber coming back soon, but to what team? At least he got to play in the city he grew up in even if it didn't lead to a ring. Hopefully no one blames him for the Pistons not getting it. Maybe he can get back into Crisler Arena before they tear it down. Right now he is banned until 2013![]() |

That would be what they would have said if they were trying to take a cheapshot. |

| Re: Webber coming back soon, but to what team? LOL. I didn't say it wasn't easy to find ground to take shots at Webber, just that a scholar and a gentleman would have let the opportunity pass. Not the Maloof way I guess. |
