Check his out. Its wild!!Loking back and based on this team and its current makeup IS THERE ANYONE who has panned out 'better' for his team than AA and stuckey? Wow....

There is NO player I'd take after 15 better than Stuckey and
NONE taken after 28 better AA...

i still love u, # 4!!
Glen Davis would be OK. Marc Gasol will probably end up being a steal.

But you're right. For addressing our weaknesses, we got the right 2 guys.

Crittenton may turn out better than Stuckey

Glen Davis may turn out better than AA

There are also a number of other players who were drafted below the two that we took and may turn out better.

You have to wait 3 years after a draft before you can determine who the best and worst players were in that draft.

I agree Buddha. But, there is better from an individual standpoint, with mad skills, and there is better for us, which means from a team dynamic and fitting in with the current culture of players, basketball IQ, heart, fearlessness.

As you say time will tell, but it is looking like we got the right two guys for our needs based on position. Just my 2 cents....

Vince

Re: Stuckey Struggling

fans usually forget that player has to be satisfied to his role: sitting allstars create usually "cancer" in lockerroom. Delfino felt that he can play bigger role than pistons had to offer but hayes fits nicely.

Buddah, you have to take into accout that in winning teams error margin is much smaller and in losing teams half games played are by halftime decided or overall intencity is low, so 50% statistic has been created during GT. In this forum it is called as "nazmo effect".

How many times have you seen Crittenton play?

Kick the cool aid man. It is warping your postings.

Stuckey can't control how Crittenton or somebody else plays. Media may like various comparisions but IMO they aren't fair: Stuckey can't play better b/c of Crittenton does it.

I heve never liked posts like "who should 've drafted instead of..." b/c nobody has a crystal ball. If everyone would know who "will be" and who's not, what's the point of draft then? Everyone would take "right" players.

With Paul vs Stucky. Looks like we are talking about potential vs the sure thing. Odds are the Stucky will probably not be one of the premier guards in the league but he can be.

Re: Stuckey Struggling

The game to game ups and downs are typical for a young player learning the pro level game.

I feel pretty comfortable saying that Stuckey can be at least as good as Raymond Felton, and possibly as good as Deron Williams, if he commits to it.

I was talking about salary cap issues and chemistry issues not talent. If we didn't have C-Bill but Murray I would consider trading Stuckey for Paul no doubt about it.

I believe that Stuckey will "commit" to it. Everything in his background indicates that he will and then some.
