Our starting lineup is not going to change, and Tay will get his minutes. That means that for most of the game, we will have to stop him using a system. That means that something else will be open while we concentrate on him. The general conclusion here is that as long as it isn't a wide open Gibson or a driving Lebron, we are willing to live with it.

When the bench comes in, then we have some options. Afflalo seems to be the best one. Jarvis- no. Herrmann- no. Maxiell/ Amir- no/no. Lindsey- maybe. Zone- probably.
You guys will laugh at me but I'd throw almost all those guys at him in stretches, but the real funny part will be this.

Watch the games last year and whenever Dyess got on a switch on him he actually did a really good job.

Maybe because they are both 6'8" 250 and strong and Dyess tended to offer up the J not the drive?

I am not sure. They just changed that rule. Even so the Magic have a 3.5 game lead on Clev and are still hot. We also are not going to catch Boston, you can rack that. Lebran will most likely be Bostons problem this year and we get to face the Magic in the 2nd round.

Your actually right. It was strange. His absence was missed in that "game" that will not be mentioned by number or any other specifics

I'd rather deal with Superman than "King James"

In a weird twist they get the higher seed, but not home court.

Re: Lebron James "Stopper"

with Ben being headed to the Cavs, we have one defender more against LBJ

Re: Lebron James "Stopper"

Dixon had blocked LBJ once, so now we have a guy who can shut him down any time we need to.

I was talking about Hayes' block of LBJ during the preseason this year.

Not Dixon. I don't think Dixon could stop James with a Louisville slugger.

If Dixon was allowed to use that, I'd take my chances with him defending LeBron.

51% chance LeBron scores, 48% chance he takes the bat and cripples Dixon and scores, 1% chance Dixon stops him... Then LBJ tips in his miss.

Re: Lebron James "Stopper"

In all seriousness, I'd go with the crazy dude and the bat. Even after Lebron got the foul call, there is not way he'd make the FT's.
