If the Rockets had a healthy 7'6" giant with a feathery touch, then I think they'd be in great shape. But they don't.

Any of the Western conference teams that makes it to the Finals is going to be beat up by the grueling season and very difficult playoffs. Eastern teams should be fresher.

Re: Playoff Matchups?

Golden State is on the outside looking in and Baron Davis' agent wants to know why. This story cracks me up because who cares what the agent thinks?

ESPN - Report: Nelson says sitting Davis was reaction to poor play - NBA

The agent may be concerned because Baron possibly had a built in playoff incentive in the contract and now neither he nor Baron get a taste of it.

It was written that someone thru a surprise birthday party for Baron on Sunday night in LA and Mr Davis as sluggish from the party the next day....

That's a good point. I wish the reporter had asked about that.

They could move to Seattle if the Sonics leave. Other than that...No.

Do you think D-town could support two teams?

All of our pro teams are entrenched as the team of their sport. Except for the Lions, since any team that showed up and played well could replace them. I just don't think that two B-Ball teams could be supported here.

I know it is funny, but somehow the city managed to support 2 hockey teams. I'll never forget the Vipers.
