we havn't had a pro football team since the panters stop playing years back, I heard tale that there once was a mighty historic team here back in the 50's by the name of the lions..... The town loved them, I'm sure they could support a "Pro" football team here again.

I had started a Michigan Panthers scrapbook back then. I was younger and would cut out articles and tape them into an album.

Hebert and AC were awesome. I wonder whatever happened to that thing?

The Experts?

ESPN - NBA Playoffs 2008- Western Conference - First Round - San Antonio Spurs vs. Phoenix Suns


ESPN has 10 so called experts that they polled to see who would win each of the first round series

6 of the 10 had the Suns taking out the Spurs in six games and 1 had the Suns winning in 7. The other three experts had the Spurs winning in 6 or 7.

Final >Spurs over Suns 4-1

Six of the 10 experts had the Mavs beating the Hornets in 6 or 7

Final >Hornets over Mavs 4-1

All 10 had the Lakers winning in 5 or 6. No one predicted a sweep.

Final>Lakers over Nuggets 4-0

all 10 predicted the Jazz would win in 6 or 7 over the Roickets except Jalen Rose said 5.

Jazz lead series 3-2

8 of the 10 experts predicted a sweep of the Celtics over the Hawks with Rose and Mark Jackson saying Celtics in 5.

Series tied 2-2

The experts were split on the Wizards-Cavs with 5 giving it to the Cavs and 5 giving it the Wizards

Cavs up 3-2

Nine of the experts had the Magic advancing most in six games. Only Marc Stein had the Raptors winning

Magic advance 4-1

All 10 experts had Pistons advancing over Sixers, Six of them said 5 games and the other 4 indicated six games.

Pistons lead series 3-2
