I all in favor of giving Flip the game face for win # 1, but to mix it and and make it interesting, how about a different face (player or Flip) for each win? In other words whatever player has the most impact on the win gets the game face..if Sheed hits the winning bucket his face/mug appears. If it was a team effort, then it goes to Flip.......Since Flip has not won a 11th or 12th game yet he would get the that face. And when we win the whole thing, put Joe's face on # 16

Well remember we are dealing with a guy who can barely post a .gif apparently and can't count backwards from 16.

I'd aim real low.

Why should Joe get any credit? He's not GMing the shots through the hoop.
