How about Black Label? I sometimes stop at the Beer Store in Hamilton when I drive from CT to Michigan and pick up a little Black Label.

I took a tour of the Black Label (Carling) brewery in Frankenmuth back in the early 90s. One of the best brewery tours I've ever been on (man, that last sentence makes me sound like a drunk!). Pretty much a free-for-all!

I am not sure if I have ever tried Black Label. Always been sceptical of beers that are 1/3 the price of everything else.

In the olden days, I'd pour Black Label into my car's battery when the battery fluid was low. Stuff worked good there. Tasted good ONLY after 10 Michelobs....
